How to copy/save the pictures and videos onto your own computer: Opening the proper page:

1)     Click on the Robichaux tab on the menu and enter the username and password provided to you.

2)     Place your mouse over the Robichaux tab on the menu again to view the weekly submenus and then Left-click on the Download Pics & Vids tab

3)     A new window will open in your browser and a box will pop up that begins with, "To log on to this FTP server, type a user name and password." 
Fill in the blanks with the Username and Password that you have been provided.

4)     After filling in the User name and password boxes, Left-click the Log On button.

5)     If you are using any internet browser other than Internet Explorer 7 or higher, you will now see a window very similar to what you see when you explore your own computer. It will have a blue bar at the top and that says: ftp://cwardgroup.com/ and you will see the yellow folder icons . You are now ready to copy the files onto your computer; see the directions at the bottom of this page: How to copy and save pictures and videos....
[**If you do not see the window as described above, instead continue to step #6]

6) **IF you are browsing the internet with Internet Explorer 7 or higher, you will instead see a white screen that looks like this:

**You cannot copy or save the files in this screen.
Instead you must follow the directions that appear at the top of the page; these directions are:

7)     Left- click the  Page  button at the top (right) of your browser, and then pull-down to and Left-click “Open FTP site in Windows Explorer”

8)     You may be asked to re-enter your User name and Password. Do so, and also click the “Save password” box at the bottom to prevent having to re-enter the User name and Password again.

9)     Left-click the Log On button.

10)     You will now see a box very similar to what you see when you explore your own computer. It will have a blue bar at the top and that says: ftp://cwardgroup.com/ and you will see the yellow folder icons.   You are now ready to copy the files onto your computer.  See the directions at the bottom of this page: How to copy and save pictures and videos....

How to copy and save pictures and videos onto your own computer: Copy and Paste

Copying individual folders or files: 

1) Right-click on the Week folder or file you would like to copy; pull down to and Left- click “Copy” [DO NOT click “Cut”] 

2) Then, open the folder on you computer in which you want to save the pictures/videos; Right-click inside this folder and pull down to and Left-click “Paste” It will take a few minutes for the files to save onto your computer. 

                                   OR 

1) After opening the ftp://cwardgroup.com/ box as described above, also open the folder that you want to save the pictures/videos to (so that box the ftp box and your folder are open and viewable at the same time). 

2) Left-click and drag the folder or file you wish to save over into the folder on your computer and un-click the mouse when you have it positioned inside the folder. Once you un-click the mouse, the files will copy into the folder on your computer (this will take a few minutes).


Copying multiple folders or files:

The process is the same as above, but you select several items before you copy.        

1) Left-click the first folder or file that you want to copy, hold down the “Shift” key on your keyboard, and then Left-click the last folder or file you want to copy. All folders or files you now want to copy will be highlighted. 

2) Follow the rest of the directions as listed above to “Copy” and “Paste” the files onto your computer.

NOTE: Do note be concerned that you might delete or damage the files contained on the ftp://cwardgroup.com/ page. They have restricted privileges and can only be copied and saved. If you accidentally Cut instead of Copying, you will get an error message. Just try again and hit Copy this time.
