All videos on this webpage open with QuickTime player, not Windows Media Player. In order to view the videos, you may need to install QuickTime.
1) Go to: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/ (click on this link or paste this address into your internet browser)
2) At the top of the page, you will see "QuickTime 7" and just below, "Download the free player"
3) Make sure that the first circle is clicked (beside: "Quicktime 7.6 for Windows XP or Vista"). You do not need to download iTunes.
4) Under "Sign-Up" use your mouse to Left-click in each box, unclicking or removing the check-mark in the boxes beside, "FREE weekly New Music Tuesday subscription" and "Keep me up to date with Apple news, software updates, and the latest information on products and services."
5) Enter your email address in the white box below "Email address." (As long as you have unclicked/removed the check-marks in the boxes under "Sign-Up" you will not receive unsolicited emails from Apple/QuickTime.)
6) Reconfirm that the first circle is filled and box check-boxes are empty. Then, Left-click the blue "Free Download Now" button.
7) When the File Download - Security Warning box appears, Left-click the Run button and wait for the installer to finish.
8) A box may then appear asking, "Do you want to run this software?" If so, Left-click the Run button. The Windows installer will now appear.
9) Follow the directions in the box entitled, "Quicktime for Windows" clicking "Next" as required and finally clicking, "Finish."
10) QuickTime is now installed and should launch when you click on the videos on the website.
11) If you have copied the video files onto your computer (i.e. they are now saved on your computer): you may need to Right-click the video on your computer and select to "Open With" QuickTime instead of just double-clicking to open the video file. [This is because most computers have a default setting to open all video files with Windows Media Player instead of QuickTime.]
